Welcome to Achman. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Achman ("we", "us") and govern your use of the Achman mobile application and services (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Achman is a devotional platform that connects users with verified pandits for pooja bookings and consultations, and provides Kundli, horoscope, panchang, live darshan, and AI-based spiritual guidance ("Achman Saarthi"). Astrological and spiritual content is provided for guidance and personal reflection only and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction where required) to use the App.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity on your account.
• Login is via your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). Keep your device secure.

3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

• Pooja bookings and consultations are fulfilled by independent pandits. Availability, timing and outcomes are subject to the pandit.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner. Applicable fees are shown before you confirm a booking.
• Cancellation and refund terms, where applicable, are shown at the time of booking.

4. Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use Zero tolerance

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Achman. When posting reviews or communicating with pandits through chat or calls, you agree that you will NOT post, send, or share content that is:

• harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory;
• sexual, obscene, vulgar, or pornographic;
• fraudulent, misleading, spam, or impersonating another person;
• unlawful or infringing on others' rights.

We use automated filtering and human moderation. You can report any content or user, and block users, directly in the App. We review reports and act within 24 hours — removing violating content and suspending or permanently banning users who breach these guidelines. We may remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the reviews and content you submit. By submitting content you grant Achman a non-exclusive licence to display and use it to operate and promote the App. You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the right to post it.

6. Third-Party Content & Services

The App may show third-party content (for example, devotional videos streamed from YouTube) and rely on third-party services (payments, astrology data). Such content and services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party content.

7. Disclaimers

The App and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Astrological, spiritual and wellness content is for guidance only. We do not guarantee any specific result from any pooja, reading, or consultation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Achman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive or unlawful behaviour.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
